Sylvanian Families [Japanese Toy]
Last year, my mother gave my daughters several items of "Sylvanian Families" as a Christmas present.
It's a dollhouse which seems to be popular for Japanese girls and it has various houses, dolls of animals, furniture and so on.
My daughters have asked me for "Sylvanian Families" for a long time, because most of their friends have them. Once they have them, they would like to have more items and it'll cost too much in the long run! So, I wouldn't like to buy them. But their enthusiasm and energy motivates me and at last I requested for my mother to buy them as as present.
Frankly speaking, I was very surprised at very petit items, for example cup, saucer, knife, pot etc.
I have a new understanding of Japanese skill with the hands and it’s necessary for children to be skillful to handle them!
